We understand that you may find that your item does not fit properly, may be damaged or you just may have changed your mind. That's OK it happens! We're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 Days of receiving your order. If you just don't like the item or it is damaged we can issue you a store credit. If you need a different size or color we will offer a free exchange if the item is still in stock.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please send us an email at email@example.com stating the reason for the return or exchange and the item name/number. We will provide you with an electronic return label within 24-48 hours. Once the item has been received and processed we will issue you a store credit and/or prepare your new item for delivery.
Please note that the original shipping charge will not be refunded, only the amount of the item and any tax.
